1. Saddleback Shredding will come to your home or place of business. We have new trucks and state of the art equipment.
2. After we present our detailed analysis and recommended container placement form for your signature, Saddleback Shredding will install locked containers throughout your office for the collection of daily confidential information.

3. Our uniformed document security officers are background checked, drug screened and bonded to ensure professional service with every visit to your home or office.
4. We always identify ourselves and check in with your receptionist or front office manager to eliminate undue interruption to your workplace. With our pick up-destroy-recycle philosophy, a typical visit to your place of business can be as short as five minutes.
5. Your paper materials will be collected from our locked containers and/or your prepared boxes and files. All labor to pick up-destroy-recycle this information is included in our fixed service price.
6. We never leave your information unlocked and unattended. We remove your confidential documents under lock and key to our locked vehicle for same day destruction at our plant through our automated shredding process.
7. Our trucks come with 2-way radios and GPS devices. We are in constant communication with our fleet throughout the business day.
8. Our shredding plant has the highest level of security in the industry. We have state-of-the-art security systems that monitor body heat, body mass and motion detection. We have metal and concrete doors and walls to ensure your privacy.
9. We shred your sensitive documents on the same day as service. Your shredded documents are then mixed with tons of other shredded paper to make document reconstruction impossible. This mass of shredded paper is then 100% recycled.
10. You will receive a third party compliant certificate of destruction with each service call. We want to be your partner in the pick up-destroy-recycle protection of your daily confidential information.
